Gendered Worlds

Is there a mod where I can limit a gender from moving into a certain world and force any sim who grows up in one of those worlds to move to a designated one automatically. Like, if I set it so only men can be in Tartosa and only women can be in Brindleton Bay then any one who moves into Brindleton Bay must be a woman and any boy born into Brindleton bay will be moved to Tartosa?

i have never seen such a mod because normally you get final say of who moves where.

Right, but that has to be done manually. If a npc moves into a world I don't want them to be in I have to evict and relocate them myself. I'm looking for a mod that would prevent an npc from moving into certain worlds and force other npc's to move into that world without me doing anything

Idk if this is what you'd be looking for, but Zero has a no random townies mod, that keeps random townies from spawning.

Its a part of a suite of crowd control mods that you can use to customize your worlds. Based on how many sims you put into each world, you could assign them NPC roles to help with immersion/reduce random generated sims.  also know that there is a mod out there (I forget by who) that allows you to almost "block" sims from leaving their assigned world. Like you won't run into any Sulani sims at bar in Oasis Springs, or something like that.

You could also try Carl's Sim Spawner Tool. Pretty sure it lets you block worlds and lots by gender / age / occults / etc.
