Its not a mod. its a rendered video i am afraid.

it looks like fusion girl body, vtaw for the clothes, maybe KS hairdos w Physics for the hair, maybe valkyr or some other 8k skin, better looking lips and eyebrows, and one of the aaf animations but good luck getting aaf and physics to run this smooth especially with the clothes
