CBO with Game of Thrones mod compatibility?

Trying to get these mods to play well together. Are they not compatible at all? This is my load order.

 

1. AGOT

2. Community Flavor Pack

3. Ethnicities and Portraits Expanded

4. Better Barber

5. Carnalitas

6. Carnalitas love reimagined

9. CBO

10. CBO Community Patch

11. CBO Animations + for EPE

12. Community Flavor Pack (CBO Patch)

13. CFP + EPE Compatibility Patch

 

Crashes on Startup. Will start if I remove AGOT, trying to get them to work together.

Discovered that the game will sometimes load if I put AGOT at the bottom of the load order. But will crash if I select anyone.

Not an expert but i think CFP + EPE Compatibility Patch  want to be before CBO.

Don't know if it will help mind.
