Futanari mods for Fallout 4, is there anything normal

You can drop a link to mods that work fine. And at least that are updated. Or still go play skyrim with these questions

I use "Futanari FEV". It's not great, but it's functional. 

You equip the Futari FEV syringe and it changes your character to male for AAF animations. There's various mods you can use to switch AAF genders if you want to swap back. 

 

Other alternatives:
