Male vaginas not working

Hi, whenever I try to use a male vagina for my masculine framed sims, it's not working and they only wear underwear. When i try to get them to take off the underwear it just switches to another. I don't know why it's not working now, because it used to work just fine in the past. I'm using the simdulgence simple vagina, which should be compatible with masculine framed sims. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
