Need help with MCCC to spawn futa townies

I want to utilize MCCC to spawn in female townies and futas at the same time. In addition I only want to use characters I have made and saved in my CAS tray. So far I know how to only use sims from my tray but I can only get females to spawn. I have all of the necessary requirements as I have another save game that has them spawn in naturally but I have to modify them with CAS everytime and it gets a little annoying.

 

Basically does anyone around here know how to get futa sims marked as male in CAS to spawn in or do they need to be female beforehand?
