Tents - No Collision

View File

Simple mod that disables collision for the small nordic and imperial tent by removing the collision flag in the

nif files, which enables you to start sex scenes in the tent. It always bothered me that I couldn't get in there.

Installation

Install the file with your mod manager.

Have fun.

Great mod! Even when I got up after sleeping, go the character was stuck in the tent. I'll try it now.

Thanks. I've just said goodbye here for now, but if I come across something that could be improved and my skills

are sufficient for it, then of course I'll create and upload it. Most of the time these are mods related to Sexlab.

I'm always interested in spicing up the sex scenes a little.

Have a nice evening :classic_cool:

Excellent, now if I can figure out how to stop characters from looking like they're floating over the hay beds I'd be set lol (The collision is weird with those as you stand a bit above them if you stand on them, which means scenes also end up being a bit floaty on them too.)

Yes, I have also deactivated collision (HayBedroll.nif) there, but this results in you sinking into the bedroll. The collision box would probably

have to be fixed. Unfortunately, my knowledge doesn't go that far yet. I don't know if you can do that with Nifskope either.

I think I'll take another look at it later. If I need a 3D tool for this, then unfortunately I can't do it for now.

But it's quite possible that I'll get acquainted with this area later. I've been toying with the idea of finally

creating something of my own for a while. :classic_dodgy:

That was my problem with my own experiments with it, really annoying lol

Simple curiosity : Is it normal to go through the tents , as if they did not exist?

If you're using a mod like this, then yes, because the collision has been removed (so you and/or the camera doesn't get jammed up in there for SL scenes, sleeping, being attacked by a slasher killer or wtv else you're doing inside the tent lol).

Yes, that's exactly how it works.

1. I disabled the collision so you can go in there with your partner to bang.

2. So that you don't get crushed by the tent after the sex scene, or whatever happens after SL beams you in there to start a sex scene.

As I said, every now and then I get an idea while I'm playing the game. Here I was in Solstheim, walking past these five Nords

where this Halbhahn guy asked my Sofia if she wanted to fuck. And while I was watching the scene, the idea of the tents came to me.

Easy to do. it doesn't exist yet, I thought. That's it. :classic_cool::classic_laugh:

I fixed the bedroll collision. Check out the pictures of the mod for more information. :classic_cool:

Safe to update midgame.

What sort of dark sorcery is this!?

Thanks!

That's just me, tinkering with it. :classic_laugh:

It was a pleasure. Thanks for all your lovely comments.

That's the way it has to be. You are all great. :classic_wub::classic_cool:

This is a pretty neat idea! Does SMIM change the model of these though ? I imagine yours would overwrite them again. ?

From what I could see in the file preview, it doesn't actually look like anything will be overwritten. It's best to place my mod after

SMIM in your mod manager. And since this is LE, run the nif optimizer over it, or whatever is needed. Hope I could help.

This looks interesting, does it work with tent mods (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/101359) or do they over write each other? If not could you remove the collision from these mods? Is the photo of nifscope how you remove the collision so we can do it ourselves?

The nif files apparently have different names in the mod. I suspect the paths in the esp have been changed. Therefore, apart

from the fact that this is LE and doesn't work for SSE anyway, my mod will have no effect.

The mod you linked also offers no collision options in the optional downloads. Try it with that.

And when it's not the right thing. Then yes, you can use my little tutorial to do it yourself.

It's easier than it probably looks. In the tutorial there is only the part with the bedroll collision.

To deactivate collision from the tent you have to change BSX flags, as described here in ZaZ's post.

I didn't see that they had no collisions, thanks for the reply and tutorial :)
