Request: could anyone edit this mesh so that it looks like a skirt?

Was hoping somebody could take a look at this and connect the two bits together so that it looks more like a full chainmail skirt.

It's the skirt from Lady Templar, you can find it on the Nexus, it's the second type (there's three levels of transparancy).
