sims freeze/disappear

hi, i've been getting many error for a couple of days now, when i put the 3x speed i can't click on sims or most things, some sims (not from my household) were having sex somewhere and whenever i would sped up the "an error occurred running this animation notification" would pop up. i keep getting a notification about a save file from wicked whims but i never touched anything on that folder, besides the "save" button barely works, everytime time i close and open my game the progress is deleted, idk what to do or what it could be tbh.

I don't know how to take a screenshot of the error notification but it says this:

Uh Oh!

Looks like WickedWhims complex save data might have failed to load.

Why did this happen?

If you reverted, recovered or swapped your save files, that could have caused a mismatch of complex data files.

Majority of WickedWhims save data doesn't depend on complex save data file, so you can continue playing, but some features might be missing progress.
