Dislike/likes Anal/Oral/Vaginal Mod Request (like in DD)

Hey Folks, I'm for a Mod which allows a Setting for "Like Anal Stuff" or "Dislike Anal(or Oral, else)"

I Know DD had some Features for this, but I dont wanna install DD again bcs it crashed my WW and other Mods

Is there a Way to solve this?
