Protocols not working

I have a protocol setup so that everyone in the group will always accept, but it doesn't work. I get all of the refusal checks (negative friendship, uncomfortable, etx.). Is there a setting I'm missing? I still want the relationships to work most of the time, but refusals are putting a damper on my group sex party.

By "Everyone", does that mean Teenagers having sex with adults too??  If so, you need the mod below as TURBODRIVER has disabled support for incestuous sex within natively (The mod below is a workaround to this)
