Random freezes, usually when changing cells / exiting / entering buildings

So I'm getting random freezes when changing cells, but I can't seem to isolate the issue. I've installed every crash fix mod I could find that made sense,

I am using the 2000 animation limit sexlab patch and using about 1700 human animations and 600 creature animations.

 

Crashes are not happening during animation play as far as I can tell. I really believe it is a cell change issue.

 

I have attached a papyrus log from my last freeze. I don't think I have any incompatible mods and I believe I'm also using the latest version of all available mods. I am on v1.6.640 of Special Edition

After many many iterations of adding/removing/patching mods, I have come to the conclusion that it was Toys & Love and the mods that required it (whorecrux, shout like a virgin) that were causing all of my issues. I finally uninstalled them because I prefer the devious devices type stuff and suddenly I'm no longer freezing constantly.

 

I've managed a 4 hour session without a single freeze or crash

 

I wouldn't say its perfect, still dealing with some incompatibilities like deviously cursed loot not working well with unforgiving devices, but it is a world of difference.
