Tiny mod that add post-nut clarity to male pawns.  It's part of the Fuck Beautiful and Fuck Hole series:

 

Additional features to RimJobWorld:
- adds (de)buffs for males:
- if sex need <10% you have Brain Fog and consciousness x90% (or -10%)
- after orgasms pawn have Post-Nut Clarity and consciousness bonus x110% (or +10%) for 2 hours

Ive been unsuccessfully trying to give similar, but reversed effects for women, ( e.g. instead of clarity, a recovery/afterglow hediff with decreased movement speed and/or consciousness) but I dont really know what im doing. Ill give it some more work and dm you what I come up with. 

With your permission it would be really cool if alternate effects could be implemented for women.
