Random belly bulge on NPCs

I am using 3BA and randomly my NPCs will have a bulging stomach for no reason. There aren't any animations playing, I stop all animations in sexlab debug, I turn off body scaling in fertility mode+, and I set their bodyslide preset in OBody NG, but it doesn't fix it. Eventually it goes away, but it's very annoying and noticeable, and it happens frequently. Anyone got any idea what causes it? I'm using the v3 tweaks and fixes that basically updates fertility mode, and the scaling works fine in that when they are pregnant. To be clear, this can happen when they're just standing around doing nothing, so I don't think it's a weird physics setting

Is SLIF still a thing? If it is, you're probably using it as it used to be that all inflation related events went through it. SLIF used to be able to show which mods have set what value - this is where I'd start.
