Immersive Nude Mods

Does anyone have any examples of games with nude mods that are immersive?  By this I mean either of the following:

 

• Enhanced scenes of pre-existing nudity. For example, removing towels on hot springs or bathing scenes to make them nude, or being able to see the showers better in DOAXVV, or removing the censor light rays in Senran Kagura
• Nudity that characters react to, rather than ignore. For example, some Oblivion and Skyrim mods had characters react if you walked around in the nude

 

As many examples as people can think of would be appreciated. You don't need to link the exact mod if you know it exists, just naming the game would be enough of a starting point to go looking.

I do like when nude mods can be excused as something that could realistically be in the game. So I have a couple examples.

 

- The Trails of Series (Cold Steel 3 and 4, Reverie and I assume KURO 1 and 2)

They have Hot Springs that can be visited with any of the party members, including the women. Obviously they normally wear bath towels, but with mods you can make the towels completely nude. From there you could also choose equip the bath towels as a cosmetic outfit, and have them run through the whole game naked, but that's not quite so immersive. If you want to actually play the games though, there is a lot of story to play catch up on. Like, 7 full JRPG games worth of story.

 

- Blue Reflection - Second Light

Similar to Trails where there are sometimes shower scenes, and they wear swimsuits in the shower. With mods you can make them shower naked instead. Though I think they do also swim in the pool, too. It's an all girls cast though, so I dunno, maybe you can head canon that there just isn't any available swimsuits, so they skinny dip instead.

 

- Sakura Dungeon

Bit of a more unique case here. Sakura Dungeon's an H-game, with Sex and Clothing Damage that leads to Nudity in base game (if you have the R18 Patch at least.)But with some mods you can take it one step further.

Sakura's Naughtier Dungeon makes clothing damage faster, basically. You can also just make the enemies always max clothing damage, though they're still only embarrassed when they would've normally been stripped. The clothing damage in the game always leaves some scraps behind, so you could also get the Birthday Suit mod, which gives the two main characters a new "outfit." They already wear bikinis and skimpy clothing with the excuse that all their defence comes from magical protection anyway, so why not just go full nude, and save on repair costs? (doesn't actually save on repair costs in terms of game mechanics, though.)

 

But ultimately, although I know it's kind of a boring answer, you'll get the best results if you just come up with a bit of head canon. Here's a couple examples of that, too.

 

- FATAL FRAME (4 and 5)

Ghosts are able to possess inanimate objects in most fiction. What if they could possess clothing, too? It might be safer to go into an area you know is haunted, while completely naked.

As for the characters who don't have nude mods? Maybe they'd rather take the risk. Or don't know any better.

 

- Blue Reflection - Second Light (again)

Like mentioned before, it's an all girls cast. A rather small group, and they're effectively stranded alone. After doing battle over and over, it's not unreasonable to expect their clothes to be torn, or covered in dirt and grime, or soaked through with water. Sooner or later, one of them will probably strip naked while their clothes get cleaned, or mended, or dried.

Maybe over time, they just get used to being naked, and don't bother with repairs anymore.

This is exactly my preferred type of adult / nude mod. One that integrates well into the world and doesn't seem out of place. 

 

Sims 4, as you'll likely know probably has the most robust and well developed 'adult mod' with all the pro's and con's included. Unfortunately the game requires significant financial investment to really show off everything on offer and to live out some fantasies.

The other, most relevant mod I can think of right now is the nude mod for Heavy Metal FAKK 2. Throughout the game normally, the characters clothes would get destroyed and eventually the protagonist would get a new set of clothes (sometimes skimpier than before) and the cycle continues. A nude mod was made that actually reveals some nips or utterly destroys the clothes. Since clothing damage was part of the story, NPC's react anyway.

 

Unfortunately I've not been able to find that mod for a long time (If anyone does know, I'm all ears)

 

 

Quick fire round.

Action Taimanin - Already revealing outfits, there are mods to make them more revealing. It fits into the world well.

 

Bayonetta - She doesn't wear clothes, just wraps her hair around her into what looks like an outfit. Don't think there are good nude mods for it but they are lore accurate.

Conan (Anything) - Conan is full of nude characters, base game exiles has full anatomy anyway. Mods to make the armour lewd feel accurate.

 

Soulcalibur - Again, base game has clothing damage, there are mods that outright destroy the clothes. 

 

Mass Effect Andromeda - I just head cannoned that far into the future, people probably don't care if you wear clothes and bionic shields makes armour almost pointless.

 

Nier Automata - Android that's made to look like a woman, she may be programmed to be embarrassed with certain camera angles but if all her clothes get blown off, I doubt she'd care. (And again, that ties into a base game mechanic)

 

Onechanbara Games - Just look at the DLC... full nude mods could be argued to be less lewd. And if memory serves, they have to wear less clothes to absorb corrupted blood or something.

 

Resident Evil Village - Dimitrescu family. Especially the sisters, if they never go out, why wear clothes?

and if they are made of flies, how does that work when they re-appear?

 

Shadow of the Tomb Raider - There's a nude mod for some tribal outfits, real life tribes often don't wear a lot of clothes. Lara absolutely would strip down to integrate and not offend an ancient tribe of people. Head cannon that as you play through, maybe she becomes a bit of an exhibitionist and make her other outfits more lewd as well.

 

Witcher 3 - There's a nude mod collection on Nexus that is specifically designed to add more lore accurate nudity (and has the option to add none lore accurate nudity) big fan of that project.

Total Warhammer 3 - If you know anything about Warhammer chaos gods, you'll know there is a 'lust' god. There are mods that reflect the lust gods corruption on other armies or even to play as them.

 

Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain - Quiet suffocates if she wears thick clothes, hence the bikini. We know from some of the cutscenes and shower events she doesn't really get embarrassed, what's one more step?

Thought of another, Assassins Creed - Especially odyssey, Greeks were crazy about not wearing clothes and again, in base game there were some npcs that were topless. Gladiators didn't wear much either, so another great candidate to have some skin showing.

Could argue the same for Valhalla, barbarians, Vikings, charging into battle without tops on. Warrior women would be treated the same as men and would want to be treated the same.

Recently got Marvel Midnight Suns in the Steam sale, been playing it with some of the impressive outfits mods on Nexus (And here)

It allows outfit swapping and the mods can often be placed in different slots. It's pretty easy to set mods behind in-game mechanics.
For example, I have the completely topless version of their superhero outfits gated behind the reward for achieving max friendship.

Heck, you're playing as the child to the mother of demons, surely being 'friends' with you will make someone more deviant / open minded.

I have more examples (And always looking for other recommendations)

 

- The Killing Antidote 

Chapter 2 added an enemy that destroys clothes (Which is awesome) using that mechanic, modders were able to make all attacks have a chance of destroying clothes. 
Suddenly, running around in a zombie infected lab collecting dresses makes sense!

- Project Werewulf

Explains the nudity, character strips down before swimming, clothes get torn off. Unmodded and fairly cheap.

 

I have high hopes for Wicked Seed modding, Bio-Goddess and maybe Dead Thread all have the setting and half of the mechanics to take it to the next level. Arguably, without the nude mod, it doesn't really make sense why they get stripped to their bra and that's the line no monster will cross. 


- Resident Evil 2 Remake
There is a patreon modder, goes by DNJell and they create destructible clothing mods for the female characters, tied to a Resident Evil health bar mod
