Dark Brotherhood Dawnstar Sanctuary Question

This question is pertaining to Dark Brotherhood ending so I will ask in a spoiler.

 

 

At the end of the DB quest, the PC and what's left of the DB take refuge in the Dawnstar Sanctuary. In there, there are always 4 people who are being tortured. The question is whether there is a mod that allows the PC to actually interact with the NPCs beyond finding out where they have stashed there coin? Ultimately there are already shackles there as well as two racks.

Just keep talking to them
