Need help with my character's body being darker than my head and hands.

So my character's Head and Hands are the right tone. but the rest of the body is is darkerand when i move to certain places. it's gets even darker.. i've un installed Skyrim SE and reinstalled it. Verified my files. I then used the Downgrade patcher to bring my game back down to SE instead of AE and installed less mods this time and then it just happened out of nowhere. I kept checking the body but this keeps happening. this is the only problem i've been having. I mainly use CBBE stuff.
