Sims getting Drunk from Drinking Coffee, possible WW Bug.

I got a strange thing happening currently

My Sims get Drunk and the Drunk Mootlets from Drinking Coffee, 

Not sure is this is an error in WW or in Basemental Drugs or from Both.

I removed Basemental Drugs,  and the effect still happend, don't know if there are other mods who could cause this problem.

 

 

Has anyone expirienced similiar?

Or is it intentional that after drinking one bar drink and beeing tipsy,  a cup of coffee gets you totally wasted?
