Hey. So I was wondering if someone could help me with designing a sim from this photo. I suck at making realistic sims and I would love to have him in my game.

If anyone can help me make him myself would also be greatly appreciated but I have no knowledge in how to make a skintone :(

I have more photos of him ofourse it that would help.
