Mod for Hair falling out due to Radiation/and Hair Growth, and Mod for dynamic Weightloss/Gain

Mod for Hair falling out due to Radiation/and Hair Growth, ability to cut Hair with Scissors. 

I tried Far Barber so far, which seems to sadly have no effect/is not working.

I know Assimilation got that feature as well, but i dont seem to be able to turn other features off which i dont want to be present in my playthrough.

I also look for a Mod to lose Weight or gain Muscle dynamically. I tried one from Nexusmods, which didnt seem to work.

I think Assimilation did those features great, sadly i still cant use them :c 

does anyone have ideas or recommendations or is able to extract those features to work alone ?

For a mod about hair , i don't know . But a mod about muscle, the only one i can think of is 'Coldsteelj's Weight gain mod'. It has both Weight and Muscle gain/loss and also you can get buffs for gaining muscle and debuffs for being overweight. You can lose weight by running or by using objects like the weight bench , but only the weight bench , pommel horse and the power cycle allows you to gain muscle. The only issue is that you need outfits that has the sliders that the mod uses (and the mod requires CBBE). Some outfits are already converted to be able to be used by the mod and you can download the bodyslide files for that in his deviantart page, but if you want a certain outfit to be compatible with the mod , you either pay the creator to do it or learn to do it by yourself.
