Buff effect when a sim is doing incestuous sex ?

I'm principally using the incest trait with a family with drama and trauma stories. But I was really surprised that there is no buff effects associated with the trait.

We don't really need a lot of buffs effects with this trait, but just some uncomfortable, anxious, angry or even ... happy ?

 

Without this these taboo relations just seems to be "It's OK you can do it if you want, no question." I mean other sims can react when they see some same family members having sex, but not the family members themselves. Weird.

 

I can't create mod by myselft, I know how to translate them that's all.
