Is the hairstyle genuine from EA? At least I don't think it's an element that can be fixed using WW.
In order to express hair with a smooth texture, EA has a structure where cracks occur like this, so it is possible that this may occur depending on the visual environment of the PC or Sims. Regardless of EA, most CC users are expected to operate under the highest visual settings. I'm not considering anything that uses a poor PC.
If WW is the cause, it could be caused by the extreme movements of the head and eyebrows in the animation, but I can only say that this is due to the animator's discretion and is by design.
To solve it,
Use other hairstyles and animations.
Again, please review all visual settings. At least make sure your sim is at its highest quality, and if you're not using Reshade or Gshade, turn anti-aliasing on and off and compare.

I had a similar problem in the past and I also thought it was due to WW since it occurred with some breast meshes, after doing a little research I realized that the problem occurred in various parts of the sim body.

 

Finally searching in some places I found that apparently it is a problem with Nvidia graphics cards and it was solved by turning off Edge Smoothing

i fix this use Nvidia inspector and enable Antialiasing Fix On
