i had the same thing happen yesterday. I ended up downloading inappropriate unlock again and reinstalled it again and now it works. When it wasnt working for me i didnt even have a teen adult relationship tab in my settings. Im wondering if its a glitch from the new update from EA. Hope I helped you.?

If you have inappropriate unlock you need to give teen sims the post puberty trait by clicking on them > Wicked > Personalization > Add wicked attributes. You might also need to enable teen/adult relationships in Relationship settings in the settings menu if that’s what you’re trying to do

I finally got teens to mess around with other teens but that's it. doesn't matter though the teen I wanted pregnant worked but now I don't know who the father is till bub is born.

You have to go into WW settings and change the option to make teens and stuff have sex with other sims.   Then have the unlock installed also, it's a pain in the ass.
