Mods add pillory to place in the world and let NPC have sex with follower in the pillory?

I saw this mod and I was wondering if there's any mod that adds pillory to place in the world and let NPC have sex with follower in the pillory?

The idea is you order one follower in the pillory, and NPC walk by can auto engage with the follower.

Any mod that has this feature?
