FO4 Wasteland Dairy Framework. How to set a friendly creature as follower?

Hello together,

does anybody know how to set a friendly creature as follower?

I have captured the creature with the friendly creature cage hotkey, but after releasing it, it still doesn't respond to my commands.

Do I need a special perk for that?

I found all perk mags which are related to Wasteland Dairy Framework and Family Planning Enhanced Redux.
