Is there an editor for Sims 3 or a well-developed method to create a face from the photo of real person?

I’ve done this before. I made two sims of two real people and I really liked the result. It was very similar. You can say photorealistic. But I had to try for such a result for a month for each sim. Now I have planned to make the third sim from the photo. I want the same photorealistic, but f*ck, how I’d hate to waste a month again... ?

Once I used a program called Face edit (or something). You upload a full-face photo and a profile, put markers on the face, and make a 3D model of a person’s head. All you had to do was polish it up and it's done. This program seems to have been integrated into the 3D Sex Villa (at least the functionality was the same). But for Sims it is necessary that the file had the format . sim or at least that the result could somehow be integrated into The Sims 3.

In Google the only thing that was close on the topic is this article (in Russian, so whatever). But the talking is about Sims 2, there is a lot of work to do, and the article of 2008. Have there been no more or less suitable solutions on the topic, no editors created or optimal solutions found in all these years? After all, the question is, to me, very urgent. A lot of people have done sims from living people, from celebrities. We all know that. So what the hell? Can there be, for example, a way to integrate the result from Face Edit into Sims 3 at least?
