[REQ]Help with editing an existing armor.

I've been trying to edit the "Karliah Armor 2" by Hentai ( It can be found on the nexus ). What I've been going for is essentially just increasing the length of the coat to be a bit longer, about a quarter of a foot away. Here's a picture for reference.

 

 

Beware, though... for this picture contains potentially lethal levels of TERRIBLE MSPaint drawings. And I'm not exaggerating; it's literally potentially lethal because it's just that bad.

 

 

 

 

Also, I'd prefer someone 'stretch' the textures, I suppose, to fit that, as I have NO idea how to edit UV maps and I'm not that great with texture editing.
