Here is the preset

You'll need to install DDFFF Skin Texture V3.1, on the installer:

Choose the DDFFF Darren_LipsA or Darren_LipsB (A is probably what you want) everything else on the installer is up to you, just make sure to select the options related to Darren skin.

 

You also need SG Brows and let Tomie preset overwrite it.

 

The preset also comes with a custom makeup texture, I don't know from what mod it comes from, so let it overwrite any makeup mod that you use.

Load Order should be:

SGBrows

(any makeup texture mod)

Tomie Kawakami Tweaked

DDFFF Skin Texture

 

You don't need HighPoly Head and don't forget to import sculpt. Character race is Nord.

 

Edit: for the hair, it probably comes from Tullius Hair package, I use BDOR Hair Package, KS Hairdos and SG Hair

 

Edit2: You also need YMMP Makeup Pack

Hair depends on which Tomie you are trying to make. And which preset. I used KS Rebel (look at my profile avatar) since it looks similar to Rosetta B which the MA used and Sunjeong used on her Tomie. Which she does have one preset on her site.
