SİMS 4 BUGS URGENT !

Hi ! Several times loaded Sims 4 and when I look at the character screen ' life  period bar' turns to the green and clothing part turn to green either. When I try to change the traits to the new one it doesn't fill the circle and game won't recognize too another fact is my Sims names are mixed both their names are same and when I changed their names, spot on a Sim save and start the game again, on the game menu wrong Sim and wrong name appeared. Additionally, when I try to change the traits I can't get to the clothes part it's freeze.

 

I loaded mod detector when erased some mods even clothes and accessories bugs getting decreased but this this time mod detector found many animes nearly all of them are in mod conflict even the latest version of the animes. MC Command center files counted as Stray files.

 

I played vs 1.100 but vs 1.99 is same either. What can I do any suggestions pls ?

If you can leave some screenshots of the problem it would be easier to tell you what it could be.

 

Reading you I can think of many problems but I can't tell you exactly what it could be.
