Hud fadeout time, top right msgs

Not sure what they are actually, called. I just spent the last 8 hours trying to find anything, on hud display timer. The only thing I can guess. Is that they set up the message system, like Skyrim/Fallout. Each message has a timer attached to it. Yeah all of them, crazy. I'm no coder, so I easily could have found the wrong thing. But when running Fallout and Skyrim through creator all messages had a fade timeout of 2secs. So I'm assuming they have done something similar with Starfield. So if I'm completely wrong, can someone please point me in the right direction. These damn msgs are so fast I have no clue wtf they are saying. I'm old and that's my excuse. 

Maybe there is a one-command cure-all, like fHudfadeout, but I never came across anything like that anywhere.
