The Curious Case of Bodily Buffoonery n' Physics Floppery - request help, please

Greetings all,

 

I have been haunted by a strange physics fail: a month or two ago the left breast on my character has less physics impulse than the right one. It sags less and moves less and it's nipple seems completely static. The bug is very noticable. Up until a point I could combat it by building outfits for the NPCs in BodySlide but it don't seem to work anymore. Tests by removing animations have been inconclusive so far.

 

If any of you have any ideas as to what could causing this weirdness then please help me! I have included a current loadorder text and if there is more you need to go by just ask.
