Sweat overlay not working

I’ve been playing the sims 4 with ww for almost 2 years now and it has always worked well (apart from the highschool update but that was fixed upon ww update). Up until recently, i opened my save files and played around for a bit, ‘til i noticed that no matter the physical activity (nsfw or sfw) my sims don’t get sweaty (which is supposedly a feature on ww). I personally like the detail that sweat adds to the game and was kinda bummed out seeing it not working. I’ve tried updating and reinstalling my ww but to no avail. I also read online about maybe certain package files affecting the way ww runs, but i’ve already tried removing all other mod files (apart from ww) from the mod folder to check if that’s the issue but it’s not. The sweat overlay still isn’t showing up and i honestly don’t know what to do. I play on ultra settings at a 1920x1080 resolution btw, so i don’t think my graphics are the issue. I’d appreciatr any help, thank you so much!
