Infertile Female Sims and Periods

I have a Sim who, as part of her story, cannot have children.  In the settings in CAS, I have it set as "Neither" for the pregnancy options and "No" for whether or not she can produce milk.

Will this Sim still have a period?  And if "yes," is there a way to turn it off for her alone?

Many women who are infertile and cannot have children still have periods. You'd need to find a way to disable it on an individual level and I too am curious if there is an easy way to do that.
