Acheron/YK almost completely stopped functioning

 Whenever I am defeated, I get downed, however I never stand up and a scene is never started. In the console it isn't even sending the call to attempt a scene, there is just no activity at all. I rarely end up standing back up but 95% of the time I have to quicksave/quickload to regain movement. I've tweaked everything in my config and can't manage to get it working again (it used to work consistently unless it couldn't find an animation)
