Shirtless lot trait?

Hi everyone! I was wondering if there is a mod that adds a lot trait on which all sims must remove their shirts...? I'm not looking for full nudity, just no tops being worn. I know there is a Dress Code mod but you don't have this option there, it's either fully dressed or fully nude. I would even try and come up with such a mod myself if I knew the starting point for creating it.

Littlemssam has a dress code mod to change into a clothing category. You could perhaps use that and allocate one category to shirtless.
