Preferable one that has a texture patch tempered or bijin but if not then which ever texture replacer it has a patch for I'll just use that

there's the no vagina mod by donnerwetter if you want your character to have a penis and no vagina though it requires some work to get it working, it isn't plug-and-play. this only removes the characters vagina so you'll still need to download SoS and a penis (donnerwetter also has some mods for that). i believe the aforementioned mod has bijin support
