You may download it for free here 
the size file is 2,23 GB, but before install remove all the duplicate CC and mods, and the size will be less.

hey when i go to place the lot in the gallery it says the lot type is "ok" and then the size of the lot is ''999x999'' and it costs ''9,999,999'' how do i fix it? its like im missing a tray piece
