Different color ears

Is there a tattoo mod specifically for the ears to make them have a different color from the body (or anything but the ears if we wanna be backward about it)

I want to make a follower with like red elf ears (they can be equippable too)

It's only half the ears, but most hairs cover the rest anyways,

Well like I said they're elf ears so half doesn't quite cut it but thanks anyways
