DD Troubles

Im trying to equip all the same devices on PAHE/DOM Actors, but the dialogue box when equipping the item only shows up once per item per actor, then the item wont 'work' again. The items are equipped in their inventories but are not actually shown. To clarify this isn't a bodyslide issue, as the items do work sometimes on NPCs, and all the time on the PC.
