Any idea why SSE pregnancies don't last long?

I have fertility mode (plus) installed.  I'm sure miscarriages in the mod isn't ticked.  But my toon in game repeatedly loses her offspring only a few days into a pregnancy and has never ever been able to give birth.

Now I make sure my toon, she sleeps a few hours every day in-game.  I recall seeing in the mod or perhaps an associated mod which I think I have, that the health of the unborn relates to how much rest the mother-to-be is supposed to have.  Some days I'll have her sleep 24 days in a row just to see if her tummy will bulge.  So it isn't a factor of not having adequate rest.  But it never gets that far to see her with a pregnant belly or to give birth.  Settings are at 100% conception also enabled.

But I see every time into her pregnancy, the pregnancy ends, and IDK why.  She'll reel, clutch her belly, and there's visible vaginal discharge when she's naked.  And then I might see "PMS added" right after "Pregnancy is ended."

Is food intake a factor?  I don't play survival, but I often ignore the need to eat in any game unless I have zero health potions and a lot of food and need to recover even a sliver of health, I'll eat a ton of potatoes. :P

Any seasoned Skyrim veterans out there what might be the issue why my lady loses her unborn?

It's quite sad.  And it's not just her, I've other female PCs who I had romances and gotten pregnant, but lose her babies. :(

Daily food intake is required for a healthy delivery. Check the setting in the MCM fertility plus for time to birth from conception, check and make sure all the boxes are adjusted the way you want your game to go. I do not play Survival either, but I read somewhere, I think the fertility mod page that food is required as is sleep.

Good Luck
