wower2345 Posted September 15, 2023 Posted September 15, 2023 So I've been trying to make a lamia follower and decided to use some tail meshes from this oldrim mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56219?tab=description (I use SE so I updated it with cathedral assets). I used Outfit Studio where I smoothed the tail out, put some new textures on it, tested it out on a 3BA body preset and then exported it as a new .nif file. I added the armor through creation kit (again it looked normal in the preview as in right above ground). When I load up the game the tail looks like it's supposed to but for some reason it is also stuck below the ground and not on the character. Relevant mods I use: XP32 Maximum Skeleton Caliente Bodies Thank you for any help in advance
traison Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 (edited) First thing that comes to mind is that there's a translation somewhere in the nif that the CK doesn't use, but the game does. That seems to be off by about +200 units on the Z axis. That's the kind of value you'd be looking for. Edited September 16, 2023 by traison
