Need help for SOS support outfit (Probably bone weighting issues)

Recently, I made an outfit that supports SOS add-on.

I'm testing it to see if it works properly, but there was a issue that the penis part of outfit looked wrinkled than it should when the character didn't erect.
(Originally, it's a smooth condom-like bodysuit.)

Does anybody know why this is happening?
