tongue Can I make sim'tongue invisible in first person mode?(Shift+Tab)

I updated The Sims for the first time in some years, and also updated WW.

There have been many updates over the years, but I was most surprised by the tongue replacement.

But I soon discovered something uncomfortable. It was an issue where Sims' tongues were visible when playing the game in first person mode.

I don't think this bug existed before. Is there any way I can fix this problem (ex. replace tongue again)?
