The model itself isn't the issue, it's the animations that need to be readjusted which would take a lot more effort than just replacing the model.

Best way I can think about going for a more revealing mod in this case would be keeping part of the suit, but also including lewd elements as well. It wouldn't look so bad if the suited up arms were used along with a small part of the torso portion to connect the two sleeves. You could then have the rest be as lewd as you'd like. That way the animations work properly while also being not that safe for work.
