[Search/Request] Combat bad end mod?

I played fallout 4 some time ago and it has mod (cant remember the name) that similar to Skyrim sexlab defeat, but it let your character and follower got snuffed with various execution method after the sex session is over. I found pama's bad end mods but it looks like just focus more on jail scenario rather than the more immediate and instant combat scenario. I wonder if Skyrim has any mods that is similar to that?
