Sims unable to initiate sex with another sim.

Anybody having issues with this? I have the latest wicked whims downloaded into the game. When I click on a bed or couch or whatever and have my sims initiate sex with another sim it glitches out and they won't do it and they end up just flirting instead. When I go to click on the bed or sofa again the option to have sex is gone, I have to go to manage worlds and then come back for the option to be there again . The only way it's able to happen is if my sim masturbates and then clicks on the other sim and asks them to join? It weird. When I had Last exceptions/Better Exceptions installed the error I would get every time I tried to use wicked whims was a script error and the tuning package error. idk at this point.
