sim breasts glitch

H! I have a problem - any female sim from whom I remove all clothes has this problem with her breasts, as well as a strange stripe above her butt. What could be causing this, how can I fix it?

Any broken top body replacement, find it and remove it.

I decided it. The problem is the default mod for the upper body, find it and delete it (if you can’t find it manually, then through the Sims 4 Tray Importer)
