magdisko Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 How is "reluctance" calculated? And how can you influence and change it?
l1lym Posted September 6, 2023 Posted September 6, 2023 Reluctance is loosely based on your masculinity originally. It represents your mental state toward whatever transformation you have. So if you have a high masculinity of 100, you will get the option between reluctance of 7, 8, 9, and 10. It is a sliding scale so that as your masculinity / feminity changes, you have the option for how you want to interpret it and feel about it, but you are limited to a degree. Reluctance 10 = means you DONT want to be in your current transformed body Reluctance 0 (or 1, i forget the minimum) = means you are 100% at home in your transformed body Everything in between those two is the scale of how you feel about it, and you get the option to choose when you transform, how you feel about it. But your options are a sliding scale. If you are 100% feminine, you don't have the option to say you really hate your transformation. Reluctance affects TONS of things under the hood throughout the game. For instance, if you are feeling super reluctant to be in a woman's body, you won't gain arousal as fast. And you won't feel comfortable wearing super slutty clothes or being naked around people in your body. Stuff like that - there are pros and cons to high and low reluctance, but mainly they are just intended for you to have some RP control over how your player feels about what's going on with them. You will see a dropdown list when you first transform asking you how you feel about the transformation, and that is how you initially define it. 2
