Blender, Sims 4 Studio, and custom rigs: Explain to me like I am an infant.

I've been playing with photography in the game, and I decided I wanted to make some custom photo poses. And maybe eventually some custom animations. I downloaded the latest Sims 4 Studio and Blender, looked at some tutorials, and figured out how to load some other custom poses into Blender to alter them. That seems like a good way to start teaching myself.

But what should have been a male custom rig was a female rig ... and that's when I realized I needed custom rigs with naughty bits. So I found those and downloaded them and ...

Where do they go, in what file folder, so I can select them, or so Blender will know to use them when I import other people's poses and animations that use them?
