Physical Romance option disappears

My male sim doesn’t have the physical social interaction under the romance tab. When I select on an item to woohoo under WW the only sims that pop up are other males(no females even when they are on the lot). I have checked his attractiveness and gender settings but it’s all correct.

Are the females teens? There are a couple extra things if they are..
